Answer: no he can not , it is illegal and un ethical, to place a strain of dept are , place a person in such ;;;;;; read your costitutions ,these are for such ,matters ,, and if the judge impose such aound you, call your local barr, that is what the barr, is for ,judges and lawyer,s pay due,s to this org, and to pratice law in your state they have to be a member of barr , they will also help you get a lawyer to help you,keep in mind cannon s and ethics

Answer: yes. I have a friend who this happened to; his ex claimed though that the child was not doing well in public school and needed the small classroom of the private school in order to achieve; the judge declared that was in the best interest of the child. SO yes, I would think that there would have to be a valid reason/argument for her case to justify it; as well could be that this was their life before the divorce? good luck.
