Answer: save the money for the child support, put it in the bank , dont spend it, and stop paying the child ,support, this will get you into see the judge, then you can get your child and most likeley his are her name changed, keep in mind 3 mounths of none payment is called abanment, keep this word in mind, when you see the judge show him respect, and dont make him mad ,try to work it the other way,toward your ex, and have the child support money with you when you walk into court, then ask the judge if you may adress the respectfully your honer,you have to respect him and mostley the bench that he set.s apond,

Answer: Just went through the similiar crap and got an attorney. You have every right legally and parentally to see your child %50 time and to include. Get an attorney and don't give up fighting for your time with your child. As long as there was no physical abuse, drugs, alcohol or anything againts you, you shouldnt have a problem. Start a journal now on your contacts. Do not leave phone messages or texts that can be used against you. Stand up for your rights, it will be worth it in the end. I now have a court order outlining the 50/50 visitation and joint legal/parental rights.
