Answer: ? how old are you, if your under 18 and still in school , and you have one parent you, are living with , are a grand parent, that has legal custody of you , they can file for child support for you , they need to go to your county dhr and get some one ther to work the case for you, the da,s for your state is ,the person with the legal actins thru the court system to get the child suport started for you , the fedral goverment, backs this office to collect child support it want cost you a thing to get it startted its fedralley funded to do this for you, most case,s they will go back at least 2 year.s on child support a rear,sif you dont live with at least one of your parrent,s they are bouth requide to support you not just one of them, ask the judge to have some one to wach out for your entrust , most case,s he will apoint some one to do that,
