Answer: you have as much rights to your child as the mother. you will have to spend a littl mone for a lawyer , to protect your rights to the child , you need to have and order thru the court system ,to stop your ex from running off with the child ,and the she can not even leve the state , without giveing you a thirty day notice, are she could face kidnapping charges,get a lawyer , i had the same problem with my ex , to the point i had to study law , 2 protect , my self and my child , if you are any one els reeds this check these things out ther called cannon's and ethics , these are what protect,s you from grong doing of any court, system,syou might say it your bible,, you have the right to the same protection.s of the law,s in any state, its called equil justice , and if you dont see it contact your local barr,ask mr nifoung if it work,s

Answer: got to the court house and file for soul custody and you should get custody until the court date
