Answer: one word neglect,unfit parrenting skills,i would talk to dhr of this matter, i would first try to talk it over with, the father, but i would let the mother talk to him about the problem,you are at a point aparent to these children becouse youare helping with the rairing of them but if you try to talk to this gent it will make thing worse than they already are ,let your wife talk to him and if this has no efeft contact dhr , and then a judge could help every one with this matter , first of all the helth of these children are at risk , and the best entrust of the children come first
