Answer: i dont no what is in your devorce decree, or how it is worded, to any matter, if it states u cant leve the state with the child r children i would say dont , right her a letter, and aske her that u would like to take the child r children , on a vacation, out of state, law, would say do this thirty days befor u would take the trip,if u have joint custody of the children and your ex is harrasing u ,and it is time for u to have your time with the children ,go to your county court house and talk to the da, i tail u this becouse this is what i had to do , becouse i had been arrested , for this same problem, in my decree it statted i was to have my child for 3 mounths for summer,the next year i went to the court house , and talk to these people and told them that i had my child for summer and my exwife would most likely be down ther to try and have me arrestsed, so take a copy, of your divorce with, and put your cell phone ## on it and tailem if ther a problem feel free to call,make your self a copy and give them the other,,and tell them your just trying to be a good parent ,this will hed her of at the pass , it worked for me and my child, and yep ,she was trying every thing she could do to get me locked up,if u work with the law it will work for u. and ever how u feel ,keep it 2 your self and if you talk 2 your children if they ask say only the good stuff kids are smart and they dont forget,what u say to them,
