Answer: if you do not file anything in your county she can move anywhere she wants. most people dont see it coming and never made paperwork trail. when she sets up somewhere she will do all the paperwork prob. for free and you will first be ordered to pay child support go broke before you can afford a attorney and placed in jail for not paying child support.you can get the proper paperwork you need at your local court house and court forms are on line for free igo to your state online and look up'

Answer: take her to court and have a move away order. so that she can not move with the child.if i were u i would file for custody of the child,as of now u bouth have the same legal custody of the child unless the court changes that for some other re; legally a court can not take the rights of a parrent unles they use the the best entrust of the child rule, this is the only way a court can take a child from one parrent r the other, your rights r protectted under the constitution of the united states. check out a legal parental rights and the constitution, fedral and state. if a court violates your rights i your state ,
