Answer: in the best entrust of the child yes, if ther are aligations about you that would have to be pruven fact, and yes fathers have just as much rights to ther child as a mother, alabama tennesee and georgia , have passed what is known as and act, that states it is unconstitutional , for any court are any judge to take away custody of a child and give it to a nother, it has also been passed that child support is un fair and unconstitutional, save the text and use it, when she files the charge that she clames produce it in court to the judge , it called and act of froud , and is punishable of five years ,

Answer: question is my exwife refuses to allow my 3 almost 4 year old son to visit me in a clean local county jail. I have been arrested for almost two years, and have about 6 months left. She has just changed her mind and will not allow him to come after 18 months of visits. I am very concerned for my son. My mother tells me he cries a lot more and she feels that he is very depressed over this.Is there anything legal we can do? She divorce me and all visitiations are reserved. This is in the state of IL any help or suggestions will be greatly appriciated. Oh yea my crime is a nonviolent crime. However they do not have contact visits we use to visit thru the window. We even got to the point where we would play games, I send him mail and he sends me mail I just am very concern for his welbeing since no one can find out why mom had done this. The only answer is that the divorce is final and she has final say (full custody) she said she did not think that a jail house was any place for a child. However it was ok for 18 months! Any advise? This question come from me and my mother thank you

Answer: no canche of getting custody. I spent 80,000 on shysters a quacks remember the judge is a lawyer also. my judge reqused himself the other resigned when he was brought up on charges . The best thing you can do is tack care of yourself and make all the money that you can. ask yourself Why should you pay for her kid and her shit anyway !? That kid will come around someday if he lives throu it.

1. fathers due get custody cannot have record.
2. family court if you say anything about mom you better back it up with proof PRIVATE INVEST. licenced in your state.
3. it will cost you thousands to fight. and could take years and if someone heres you talk neg. about mom in anyway they will think you breath that mess around children.
never call dss because they are men haters. the best thing is clear your record with probation look for father sopport groups in your area. they have father groups that help get more visitation and even pay less child support to be able to see your child more. keep quiet about her period. The problem is that is why fathers have no rights know nobody cares about mom does. when guys talk about there childrens mom bad it makes men look crazy
lots of men are strong at first.

even if you have proof of drugs with her SHE IS STILL MOM THEY WILL GIVE HER HELP AND RETURN THE CHILDREN MOM.
there are groups that bring dads together but most fathers feel that they dont have time. most fathers groups have avacates to help you with paperwork to file in court. you can look up online court forms in your state and file motions yourself threw court. always remember judges were attorneys at one time and appointed by governor.
