Question: A friend of mine, has children from a prior non-married relationship. He has been paying child support and is now being told he needs to pay health insurance for his children. This in turn will put his expenses for his sons around 40% of his monthly income. His ex will not allow him to speak to his sons, let alone have visitation. What can be done about this? Is there anyway out of paying for both child support and health insurance? Or at least limit his child support payments?

Question: I live in the State of Michigan, Wayne County and I am still being charged for arrearages for a child that a court awarded DNA test has shown that I am not the father of, 2 years ago. I have filed out 2 different motions which FOC staff told me to fill out, with the same outcome. I get my day in court and then they say that I need to fill out a different motion. I haven't been in the child's life and he knows who his biological father is, and I'm married with 2 children but FOC just doesn't seem to want to remove the arrearage, and really doesn't care. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do? The next motion is asking for my employer info, but I don't want them garnishing my wages for a child that isn't even mine. Question: What states are safe to open a checking and savings account in. Im paying child support directly from my pay check to SCU in New York State. I owe a small amount in arrears, but no matter what they are always messing with my checking account. Im paying extra towards my arrears. But it doesnt seem enough. Question: My boyfriends ex-wife is refusing to let their kids, age 11 and age 14, visit us or spend the night with us. His exwife even forbids the kids to come over even for their usual weekend visits. In her words, "You and your girlfriend cohabitate and that is not allowed. The kids cannot come over there or spend the night with you if she is there." OK, first off, I am not a "girl" - I am a 39 year old woman, with a 20yo daughter!! But, not only do we pay child support also alimony, so on an average she receives $8000.00 a month. But, to really top it all off, she criticizes he and I both in front of the kids and to the kids. I know they are pulled and confused but I have had about enough from her - She lives off of us and then punishes those innocent children. We live in Alabama - and in my internet researching I cannot find anything to believe that she has a valid point - other than her just being an angry exwife. I and we are really trying not to let anger be the factor here - but everyday gets worse and worse in this situation with her. HELP!! Any advise???

Question: Hello; I just don't understand this legal system any longer. I was accused seven years ago and took the lye detector, and saw a Doctor; And long story short It was all found untrue because my X-wife had put thing in my daughters head; And still to this day I'm fighting to see my daughter and the kicker is I pay child support for a child I can't even see because the courts listen to my X on everything. I am disable and I still see the doctors because I was a firefighter and EMS Provider, Yes I suffer from PTSD; And when my X was on the stand because of the shacks I live with daily she yells out "LOOK AT HIM HE'S A MENTAL CASE" and the judge which of course all we have had is female. Her lawyer the judge and they just keep looking and not allow me to have a fare shack and be the father I want to be to a daughter who was 4 yrs. old to an eleven year old that hate me and I just don't understand the system for male any more when a one time my X was going to kill her self and my daughter also. And her sister hide my daughter from me and all this was before I was accused of false charges because my daughter side it all wasn't true and she just said what she hear mommy say and hear from her grandparents and there not mine they disowned me because they want to believe the X. I am remarried but not having my parents in my life sucks I try to talk to my wife I have now but it's heard for her to understand all of this like myself. Question: My ex-wife, who lives in IN, is taking me back to court for child support modification. I now live in WV. This concerns our 18 yr. old son, who doesn't even live with his mother (living with girlfriend and her mother). In the modification paper, she and her lawyer knowingly falsified a claim that our son is 17 and needs to be living in with her so she can get more support. I have been paying court ordered support ever since I have been required by the court. Is this legal? Can she get into trouble for falsifying information to the court? Question: I am active duty with KS Air guard and paid child support for 14 years without being late or missing a payment. My oldest daughter turned 18 in Feb. 07 and in March my ex filed for an increase. Now have involuntary allotment taken from my bi-monthly pay 1st and 15th of month, sent to KPC by SRS military liason. Due to weekend or holiday, a payment was sent before the 1st. KPC first shows credit, then arrearage but says they cannot fix it. SRS says they can't fix it. Now state and federal taxes will be held to offset arrearage that does not exist. Jan. 08's pmnt sent on 12/24 has set me on same course for 2008. Have contacted Federal Finance office who says this is problem for many but not addressed as of yet. I know I am not only soldier in KS to ever go through this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Question: I live in CLinton, Iowa. Here is my question. My ex was awarded physical custody of our son in September 2005. Since then, DHS got involved and I was given our son during the time DHS was involved ( aside from a 3 month and 2 week time period, where he was in a foster home and my mother's). On June 15, 2007, Judge Van Zee terminated juvenile court jurisdiction and ordered custody of our son to me (I am under the impression that the court determined he could not return to his mother's). My question, who has custody, her(with a district order dated September 2005) or me (with a final juvenile order dated June 2007, terminating juvenile court jurisdiction as well)? Question: My ex-wife just took me back to court to have child support increased. I have no problem paying support. However.... 1. She wants to make me responsible for paying half of my daughters college expenses. I say, college is a choice. Thats why we have student loans, grants and scholarships. Question: Greetings Fathers Online members, I have joint physical & legal custody of my children in Los Angeles, California with a woman I'm NOT married to. Recently she moved from our residence over to MY mother's house, and we have resumed our court ordered 50/50 joint physical & legal custody agreement. The 3 1/2 day that the kids are with me I�m like Mr. Mom, I work full time, take them to and pick them up from school, cook, clean and all that stuff. 2 weeks after moving to my mother�s house she took a job totally outside of her trained profession. Said job starts (part-time) @ 4:00 a.m. When the kids are with their mother she had delegated a lot of her parenting obligations to my (retired & sick) mother to get the kids up, fed & dressed for school then her aunt picks them up and take them to school. Sometimes she picks them up from school, other times her mother or aunt picks them up. At my residence the kids each have their own bedrooms, friends, clothes, etc. Over at my mother�s house ALL three of them live in one bedroom, and my son has to sleep on an air mattress in the den. After the mother leaves for work my almost 4 year-old daughter constantly wakes up and climbs 2 flight of stairs (18 steps total) in the still of the night and goes into my mother room looking for her mother. After confronting her about this I suggested that she let the kids stay with me until her work & living situation improves. As you can imagine she refused. At which point I filed with the courts for full custody. She has hired an attorney and now they are requesting financial records from both my employer and me. My question is do I have to furnish financial records since this is NOT about my finances, but about her lack of stability and poor parenting skills and decision-making? To me that�s an invasion of privacy! I�m in fear of turning over my financial information, for I have accumulated a few assets of which she contributed absolutely nothing to helping me accumulate. Anyone gone through anything remotely close to my situation & have any suggestions?

Question: I have temporary custody of my infant daughter, because my wife assaulted me with a hammer. I receive custody through a tpo and will be going to court in 2 weeks for the divorce and custody disussion. My wife has been indicted on aggaverted assault, criminal tresspass, interfering with a call for help, and criminal damage to property. Question: A child was born on October. 20, 2007. The mother had slept with my fiance. A man signed the voluntary paternity act claiming that he was the father. He never put in a recession or anything just signed and had the acknowledgement notarized. Which made it a legal binding document. 5 months after the child was born the man decided that the baby didn't look like him so he got a paternity test done which excluded him from being the father. In the voluntary paternity act it says you give up all the rights to claim the woman slept with someone else, all the rights to claim the child is not yours, and all the rights to any genetic testing. This man is on the birth certificate and was the father. Has anybody gone through this before? Is he still legally the father? Please help.

Question: Just wondering as a person who pays child support do I have any recourse on my ex-wife who I believe is not using my child support for its intended purpose. It seems that when my son comes to visit me, I have to buy him things I would think that should be bought with my child support payment. Question: I live in Iowa,after weekly contact with a missouri courthouse i was denied the information that the judge schieber had scheduled a divorce/custody hearing. When i asked the jduge why did he deny me the information he plainly stated, he doesn't send notificaitons for divorce hearings to po boxes. that is the only way i can get my mail HELLO ..hinesight, this judge because i was unaware and lied to by the court there was a hearing, this man ripped me of all my parental rights to my child, yet he is imposing i pay child support beccause she cannot support herself and child. Well what gives them the right to take away my child yet still hang on to my pocket book. The courtpapers clearly showed that she entered false informatio to the court. I didnt have an attorney and don't i ahve been denied all legal help from legal aid services, iowa won't help me because it is in missouri, missouri legal aid won't help me because i am not a resident. What rights is there left for me. I lvoe my son, yet i cannot nor am i allowed to even let him know via a birthday card or christmas gift, i have absolutely no rights to my child, then what gives her all the rights to my wallet?

Question: How and what would you think if your wife's father has a family history of touching family members butts and breast even my wife's, my wife said she would lock herself behind her door on Sundays when nobody else was home because one day he got on top of her and she was screaming for him to get off and he said "I am your father and you tell me that but you don't say that to your boyfriend right?". You then find photos taken of your wife by her father posing on a convertible in a deserted known area when she was young? Also a picture of her in a bikini with no other family members around? She had to be in the house by 7p.m. at 23 years old? He had holes in the wall behind a picture and her brother caught him watching my wife when she was younger taking a shower. He took her alone to P.R. and took her out to a club with no other family members around. When we were dating she would leave to go shopping with him without even letting me know that she left sometimes for several hours until her brother brought it to my attention one day. My wife had an old wallet in one of the albums that I was looking through she had pictures of her father and his old license but no other family pictures were in that wallet. He was arrested because a police officer saw him raise his hand to hit her because she came out of school late or because she was talking to a guy and she was already 21-22 years old. He couldn't arrest him for that so he ran the plates and they came back as improper plates. He would take her and drive her every where from work to school etc. She was not allowed to go out. A family friend wanted to hit him with a bat because he asked his daughter if she likes sucking on lollipops and her mother, brothers, and other family members shrugged all this away as he is just playing because he has a reputation of doing it in front of people so when he does it when they are alone; everyone would say he is just playing? As my wife walks up the stairs he runs behind her to watch her(pretending he is talking to her). Twice he entered the bathroom while she was taking a shower the first time she didn't say anything until the second time I asked what the hell is he doing in the bathroom while you are taking a shower, she told him he didn't belong in there. We were in the car one day (he was driving) he asked me to move the car because he was at the hot dog stand and the car was double parked and someone wanted to get out. I went to adjust the mirror and it was facing down into the seat (leg and crotch area)toward the back seat where my wife was sitting. I was going to Home Depot with him and there was this 13 year old girl standing up against a car with tight shorts on and he said to me "What a beautiful fat P--sy she has". People at work would say before I even started dating her that my wife's father thought my wife was his girlfriend that they act like boyfriend and girlfriend but I was young and wasn't thinking like that at all. He had several girlfriends anyway. He would go through all my wife's mail (before we got married)and her diary, he even connected a tape recorder behind a dresser so he could later hear her conversations with me until her mother told her it was there, and she broke it into little pieces. He would wake her up every morning at 5a.m. telling her nonsense stories that he saw me with another girl bla bla bla. My wife has a family member who does not want him at the house nor around her children she suggested that I do the same. every time I suggest that; my wife goes on the defensive and wants to know why he cannot come over and see the children with my mother-in-law. That I need to grow up. Please, tell me as men what would you think and feel about this situation? What would you do. My wife likes to tell me that I am thinking to hard. What would you do as a husband that loves his wife dearly and said his vows and meant them? I am a devoted father and hard worker. My mother-in-laws side of the family disowned her because of him. Its a constant battle when her mother and father come around because she doesn't want him to feel bad. Please tell me what you think. I have heard stories and witnessed first hand what a manipulator he is.

Question: I have finally gotten the state to stop the court order for childsupport, due to the circumstances of my case, However I feel I should have never been sought for support, since the biological father claimed paternity when the child was born, by voluntarily signing a paternity affidavit, DHS conducted a paternity study in 2001, which is when DHS discovered the biological father was the legal father of the child when pulling the child's birth records, I was not allowed to know I was part of a paternity study until 2005 when I could finally disestablish paternity, I ask how this could happen, and why it is not considered fraud, by the parent's and by the state of Iowa?

Question: I reside in NE PA. After 21 years of marriage my wife left me and moved to NJ. Our agreement was for me to see my children every other weekend. Needless to say that has not happened. You see she has to bring them to PA because I am legally blind and cannot drive, as well as other health issues. I live on disability $1300.00 a month. She works and is making good money. She left me with over $3000.00 in bills that includes taxes on the home that was bought for us by my mother and father, not that they have money you see at the age of 74 my dad was able to refinance his own home and purchased it for us. So she is also giving my family the royal screwing. You see my wife is a terrible liar all through our whole marriage, she told all our friends that with the tax return money she had to pay the taxes on the house, and just like everything else this was a lie. She said the same thing with this years taxes that her tax return money was spent on the taxes and again she did not pay them. I don't even know how much money we got back. All she would complain about constantly is how we never have any money, well what did she do with it because she did not even pay the monthly bills. To give you more insight in what we are dealing with, I was in the hospital near a diabetic coma and my wife was out with her married boyfriend. She left my children alone to run around with him with no care. When I called her family for help they all stopped talking to me because it was wrong of me to do this. Stupid me I took her back because I love my children and knew that she would sour our relationship as she is doing now. My oldest son is in the Marines and was over in Iraq fighting and she calls him and fills his head with all kinds of lies. Just so she could drain the kid of his money which he saved while fighting the war. What kind of mother would do this to her son when he has enough to worry about with staying alive. In return he called me and left a threating horrible message on my cell phone. Thank God in March he arrived home safely and she didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know. She did not even tell him to call his grandparents who put a roof over his head when we had no place to live because her wonderful brother made us leave his home which he rented to his sister when we were first separated. He told his sister that the house was sold and we had 24 hours to get out. This again was a lie, so as you see it runs in the family. As for our only daughter who graduated from high school this year, her mother told all of her friends at work and myself that she was going to get my daughter her class ring and yearbook and as it turned out it was a total lie. My wife did not even buy our daughter her cap and gown. My daughter told me this 1 week before graduation. She said Daddy I am not walking on graduation and I asked her why and she did not want to say she did not have her cap and gown, so instead of it costing me $20.00 I had to dig up $71.00 so our daughter could walk to get her diploma. Her prom was 2 weeks before graduation and her mother did not chip in 1 cent to help. Since my daughter borrowed a gown from her friend, her mother told her to give Daddy the $200.00 that my daughter saved to buy a gown so Daddy could put it toward the taxes. I bought my daughter her shoes and paid for her nails and hair to be done. Her mother did not even want to come up for her graduation because she knew my family would be there and she was too embarrased for herself. Needless to say my daughter at the age of 16 worked and gave her mother all of her paycheck because we were in financial difficulty. Her mother in turn could not even see to it that her daughter had a nice graduation. When my daughter asked my wife to help her pay her car insurance she told her get the money from your father. Father's day was my weekend, my wife told my youngest son who is 10 that he could not come to stay with me, he was not even allowed to call. He called my neighbor and told them that his mother would not allow him to come up. He is now out of school for the summer and was supposed to spend it with me and I have not even been able to speak to him on the phone. What kind of women would do this. I need some serious help I cannot afford an attorney. I hope that there is somebody out that that can put me in touch with an individual or an organization that can help me. Thanks Roy p.s. she treated my 3 year old son from a previous marriage so badly he did not even want to visit with me. So our relationship thanks to her is not great either.

I have four children, ages 13, 10, 5, 4. Shes on title to the house, but I am the only one on the mortgage and have been for some time. She hasn't worked since 1994 when we started having kids. We purchased our home in 1991. She was a daycare teacher earning 180 a week, I am a programmer earning substantially more and paying most of the bills the majority of our marriage. I don't want to lose my house or kids or my wife but shes getting serious with a guy who shes not being totally truthful about. She uses Instant messenger and singlesnet.com, she signed me up on it and I have blocked the acct she made for me without telling her. She made up an email for me and I have blocked it too. If she is leaving me, I want to keep my kids and my house. She has a temper with our daughter and will use the belt on her. I was going to have the divorce stipulate that alimony stops when she remarries, but I will forgoe that until her share of the assumed profit of the sale of the house is reached. We owe 311K on the mtg. The house was valued at 440K. My kids come first. This will be hard enough on them. My oldest 2 boys should be able to decide who they want to live with full time, but I don't know what the law of Massachusetts dictates. I am at work for 8 hours and then home with my kids the remainder of the day. I help them with homework. I take care of the house, set out their clothes, make lunches for them, get them up for school and then leave for work. I want to make it as easy on them as possible. My wife is only thinking of herself. She is being selfish. She has been verbally obusive to me, but I overlook it for her and the kids. I am the main provider for a long time, I prefer to keep all my kids with me when she leaves. They should not have to pay for her selfishness. My younger 2 are 5 and 4 and I will arrange for help in the absence of my wife. My wife watches every penney. I do not want her to know that I am seeking legal council to protect myself and my children. There is no physical abuse or violence in our home other than my wife using the belt on my daughter. I always pray with my kids and remind them to keep God first in their hearts. We have alawys gone to church. We are of the protestant faith. I don't want my kids uprooted from their home and friends and schools. That would be detremental to their mental well being which comes first before me and my wife. I am not cheating on her, though she encourages me to go out with other friends. I will not do that. For me, that is morally wrong while married. My wife was assaulted by a man she met on the internet and she was still willing to give him another chance to be her friend, yet she cannot be my friend anymore. She is unforgiving and spiteful, but I would never do anything to bring harm to her or my kids. I don't know how long shes going to keep up the charade, but I want to be legally ready. I know both of us have the right to stay in the house. But I don't want her filing false reports and filing motions for me to vacate. She is the one seeking someone else. We talk, but I know she's hiding her intentions. Maybe God will intercede and help us. I'm praying for his help. But I have to be smart about this for my children. They are my first priority. Please advise me. I am a loving parent. I always take time for my kids, read stories, play games, talk with them, help with homework, go to their games and schools, plays, etc. I am very much involved in every part of their lives. I have 3 boys and a girl. My sons need me. They all hug me and kiss me on the cheek every morning and night. I'm afraid for my youngest son and daughter. Diane can have a real temper at times. What should I be doing. I want my kids to live with me and Diane can stay in the house with us if shes chooses to do so and she can see them anytime. I want them to stay with me in our home and keep everything as normal as possible. I feel victimized by my wife after 20 years of marriage she shows no loyalty or thanks for what I have provided for her and she pulls away from me and internalizes everything and then blasts me after keeping things in for weeks. I wish she would just talk to me each day about what bothers her. We used to pray together but she refuses to do so anymore and she is not willing to go to marriage counseling. Question: Hello Faddas, My husband and I have hit a snag regarding his son. He is the non-custodial parent and his son lives with grandma and grandpa (mom is around in body if not in mind sometimes). The grandparents have a palatial home and make a practice of purchasing everything "John's" six-year-old heart desires. Rarely if ever is he told "no" outright. By contrast, we (myself, husband, my 10-year old son) live in a very small 2 bedroom house and are quite poor. However, my husband goes out of his way to provide good experiences (hikes, swimming, etc) for John when he visits every other weekend. This Friday is the second time my husband drove four hours to encounter his son throwing a hysterical fit at the prospect of having to go spend the weekend at his father's. It's true, we are cruel people--we make children sample asparagus--EVEN IF THEY DON"T WANT TO! On occasion, we have been known to make a child carry a plate to the sink (and sometimes we make the ten-year-old WASH THEM, gasp!) I'm making funnies here, but the point is: We're poor and we don't buy good behavior with toys. John doesn't like coming. The grandmother is butter-won't-melt to my husband's face, but I don't think she speaks well of him when he is not around. As the Stepmonster, I think that while it's inappropriate to allow a six year old to dictate the terms of his custody, I can also understand my husband's reluctance to drag his son kicking and screaming bloody murder from the ballpark where he'd just played...in front of his coach and all his friends. Talk about bad PR for Pops. I wonder if anyone can shed some light on our sitch from experience, and talk about next steps? I think family counseling is needed, but who, if anyone, to bring to the table besides John and my husband? Basically: how to keep every-other-weekend without making it a huge chore and evil punishment for John?

My Arrears are almost $60,000 now and I don't know how to get out from under it. Question: I was claimed to be the father of a child in 1989,just days after reaching the age of 18. However I have learned through DNA Testing, that I am not the father of the child. However I have learned the child's mother and Biological father gave false claims. When trying to obtain a copy of the child's birth records I discovered that the biological father of the child, had claimed paternity when the child was born, only to give false claims that he was not the father of the child on the basis of skin color, Claiming that because he is african american he was not the father, and this earned him the privelige of not being sought for support of his child, even though he has always been recorded as the father on the child's birth records, through signing a paternity affidavit. I have been ordered to pay support my whole adult life, on the basis of fraud and racial discrimination. My Question, is it racial discrimination, if I was sought for support on the basis of skin color? I thought CSRU laws claimed regardless of race all men can father a child, What earned this father the privelige of being sought for support?

Question: My ex ask the friend of the court here in Michigan to increase my child support and I was told to submit 3 checks stubs but the problem is I was doing a lot of overtime and when they sent me the paperwork I was ordered to pay 723$ a month unless I objected to the amount. I don't have a problem paying Childs support because I love my son dearly but overtime is not a steady here in the automotive industry. I work on a golf course in the summer so I could take care of the kids in the winter wile she went. This was perfect because she could go to school and in the winter i get laid off. We live in a apartmet in her moms house. so we really don't pay rent or anything so we were able to do this til she got out of school and then on to washing ton. everyone was so excited to move. After all thease years we were finally going to do this. Why she was attending school I kinda became the mother and father. In thease two years I have formed a strong bond with the kids. I took my son to all his football practicees and my girl to all her cheerleading things. I am not looking for a pat on the back or anything because That what a good father does. This past December 10 days before christmas she went to washington to go look at a few places she can go. She said her and her sister had so much fun and that she has not had fun like that in years. She also told me that she wants a divorce and did not want me to go with her and my three kids to move. I was going to move with them and get my own place so I could be with the kids. well about a month age I heard her talking on the phone with some guy and she said we will be together soon and that she loves and misses him. So when she got off the phone I asked her who she was talking to and she told me her sister. I could not say anything to her because i wasin't sure. So she came downstairs and asked me whats wrong and I said nothing wrong but you better go to school before it's to late. I told my inlaws about this because the reasons that she gave them for divorcing did not add up. Any way very nicely I confronted her about it. She assured me nothing was true that it is all in my head. She came home from school and said that she and the kids were going to her friends house for the night. The next morning her mother came down stairs and told me to get out of thhe house. I asked why and she said just leave. I left and she said don't come back. I went to stay withe my sister a couple of days to get away. two days later The police show up to my sisters house three hours away from my wife and seavved wi with a pfa. She said I physically and mantally abused her and and that my kids were afraid of me. After all of happened I was not sure about alot of things but I will tell you this If im sure about one thing my kids love me and I love them. She was backed into a corner and is going to do what ever it takes yo move. What are the chances of going to cort and asking them not to let her go to washing with the kids. I want to do the wright thing but I don't know what that is So I was forced to move in with my sister for a wile. The court gave me everyother weeking and one night a week. I just started a new job and I really don't want to move She cant leave without written concent from me to move. She filed for full custody and she says that no juge will grant me custody of them because she at the moment can provide bettetr for them I am so scared of loosing the kids I was a good dad and always will be but I really want to see the kids grow up and still go to the football gamezs or the cristmas play or just to the park. Question: Really need some advice please so I don�t blow this very dedicate situation. However I�m only able to express a small run down of the circumstances I believe I should be able to be pointed in the right direction. I�ve gone though 2 useless lawyers and 5,000, when the retainer ran out so did there work �big surprise�. Without getting into a 20 month horror episode the run down is not all uncommon. I was disabled 5 years ago and unable to work. Wife goes to collage for teaching degree and graduates. Wife finds a new internet boy friend 3000 miles away. On the pretext of going there for job interviews shakes up with the gentleman. Returns home two days later packs her bags the two minor children and move to Mom�s house. Calls and says I want full custody and the right to move out of state. I said I wanted joint custody and I would have to approve any moves because of my fixed income would not be able to move just anywhere. She stated I�m never taking to you again and hung the phone up. From that day forward I suddenly became abusive. I went from a full time stay at home Dad to getting 12 hours a week during summer after not seeing them at all for 6 weeks. Each and every visit was disrupted, indigenized or not all. The case went from expedited to tail court I fired the first attorney. I attempted to contempt charges the judge didn�t go for it. I filed to restrict her to Erie country unless notified do to fear of fight the Judge didn�t go for it. I order counseling the judge let her pick the counselor my objection wasn�t taken in consideration. The children at this point came out and said I refuse to come with during there visitation. I met with the counselor She states she want 1 or to visits with the kids and would incorporate me in the sessions �never happened� I hirer another useless attorney , in the mean time the law garden that first told me to continue to pick the kids up even if they say no. Then she write a e mail and states do to the counselors request I�m asking you not to pick the children up I will inform the courts you are doing this at my request and without prejudice. The transcripts clear state I wasn�t ever giving up my right to access. However the order was written I gave access up until the counselor gave permission which of course I would never have agreed to that. The new lawyer takes over I told him to get the transcripts he said he read them and I give my right up. He lied he never read them. The layer filed a order to show cause and of course the Judge had no other choice but to follow the Illegal order which to this date he doesn�t know what happen. Trail gets set we both have to have mental heath exams she lie 6 major times on hers. Such as have you ever been arrested. Trail date comes up the judge goes though a big dissertation of what ashamed it is that a agreement couldn�t be met and the children have to involved in court. My Lawyer states he didn�t know there was room at this time for a agreement the judge yes there is we break. I agree to 3 months supervised visitation without a change of circumstances to have regular visitation. Actually really agree to this because a neutral party would have observed how well the children and I do interact, a witness in other words. She never showed up. The law guardian claimed my son refused to go. However, she had abducted the children and is in Palm Springs California. That would be a good reason my son didn�t want to go. Good thing you got the readers digest version huh. Questions: Where does one start and what paper do I file. Who regulates the law guardian so I can file a complaint? The counselor was also in contempt of the court order. I�m disabled as mentioned is there any advocates that can help me I simply am unable to do this work I get very sick from it. Any suggestions or recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

Question: Its amazing to me to hear of the constant complaints and they're all the same complaints, but when you are advised what to do we never do anything. together we stand divided we fall. Child support is something we all have to come together on. the attorneys are using us,playing on our emotions. Question: Hi. I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience with a child support agency. When we established CS in 2002 my husband and I had just married and were told when we have kids we will could have the CS lowered, as they would take that into consideration. WRONG! We asked for a modification in 2004 as we had twins in 2003 and I was staying home with them since daycare is so expensive. We had only my husbands income coming in. We filled out the forms and got a notice Jan. 2005 that our mod. was reviewed and they stated CS would stay the same. They did not allow a credit for our 2 children because, according the the letter we received with the decision, you must meet the 20% variance first! and then they wi
